The Retinol Sheet Mask is a 15 minute vegan sheet mask with retinol, seaweed extracts, ceramides and oat, for mature skin, and anyone wanting smoother, more even-looking skin. The mask is bamboo fibre and the pouch is biodegradable.

These sheet masks are one of the few things in my shop I don't make myself - they're made by BEAUTYPRO. They're perfect for a slow 15 minutes: phone down, mask on, feet up. The mask is made from soft bamboo fibres, and the pouch can go in your general waste, recycling or home compost.

Ingredients and what they do

• Retinol - a well-known vitamin A ingredient for smoother-looking skin
• Seaweed extracts (wakame, sargassum and ecklonia) - hydrating marine extracts
• Ceramide NP - helps skin hold on to moisture
• Oat extract - soft and soothing
• Pine oil - a fresh, woody scent

How to use

1. Remove your make-up and cleanse your skin.
2. Open the pouch and gently unfold the mask.
3. Smooth it over your face so it sits well around your eyes, nose and mouth.
4. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then peel it off and gently pat any leftover serum into your skin.

Pop the pouch in your general waste, recycling or home compost.

Suitability

• Contains retinol - if you're new to it, start slowly and patch test first
• Retinol is usually avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding - check with your midwife or GP, or choose a different mask
• Vegan
