Miracle Light Oil is my handmade multi-use oil - one 100ml bottle to cleanse, take off make-up and moisturise your face, body, hair and nails.

I'm a huge believer in multi-purpose skincare, and this is the product that proves it. A light, fast-absorbing blend of apricot kernel, grape seed and argan oils, softly scented with palmarosa, may chang and ylang ylang. It lifts away even waterproof mascara, melts off the day as an oil cleanser, and leaves skin soft without feeling greasy. Fewer products. Less to think about. A few minutes of looking after yourself.

Ingredients and what they do

• Apricot kernel oil - light and soft, rich in vitamins
• Grape seed oil - very light and fast absorbing, rich in antioxidants
• Argan oil - nourishing for skin, hair and nails
• Caprylic/capric triglyceride - a light, coconut-derived oil that keeps the blend silky, not greasy
• Vitamin E - a natural antioxidant
• Palmarosa, may chang and ylang ylang essential oils - a soft citrus floral scent

Full ingredients (INCI): Prunus Armeniaca (apricot) Kernel Oil, Vitis Vinifera (grape) Seed Oil, Argania Spinosa (argan) Oil, Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride (coconut derived), Tocopherol (vitamin e), Cymbopogon Martinii (palmarosa) Oil, Litsea Cubeba (may chang) Oil, Cananga Odorata (ylang ylang) Oil.

How to use

• Oil cleanser: massage a little onto a dry face, over make-up too. Press a warm, damp cloth over your face, then gently wipe away.
• Make-up remover: a few drops on a reusable pad lifts away even waterproof mascara.
• Face moisturiser: press a few drops into damp skin, morning or night.
• Body oil: smooth over damp skin after a bath or shower.
• Bath or shower oil: add a little to your bath, or smooth onto wet skin in the shower.
• Shaving oil: a thin layer before you shave.
• Hair: comb through the lengths before shampooing.
• Nails and cuticles: massage a drop into each nail.
• Beard oil and massage oil too.

The locking pump: click the spout left or right to lock it - no wasted oil, and no leaks when you travel.

How long does a bottle last? It depends how many jobs you give it. One customer used hers every day as a moisturiser, cleansing oil, make-up remover and body oil, and her bottle lasted three months.

Questions

Will an oil make my skin feel greasy?
It's a light, fast-absorbing blend, so a few drops sink in without leaving skin slick. Use it on damp skin for the lightest feel.

Does it remove waterproof mascara?
Yes - a few drops on a reusable pad lifts it away without scrubbing.

Pump or cap?
The reusable pump locks for travel and is easy to use in the shower. The aluminium cap is the simpler, lower-priced option.

What does it smell like?
Soft and citrus floral - palmarosa, may chang and ylang ylang. Delicate rather than strong.

Is it vegan?
Yes - vegan, cruelty free and palm oil free, handmade by me in Devon.
