The CICA + Niacinamide Sheet Mask is a 15 minute vegan sheet mask with centella asiatica (cica), niacinamide, okra and lavender, for oily, combination or blemish-prone skin. The mask is bamboo fibre and the pouch is biodegradable.

These sheet masks are one of the few things in my shop I don't make myself - they're made by BEAUTYPRO. They're perfect for a slow 15 minutes: phone down, mask on, feet up. The mask is made from soft bamboo fibres, and the pouch can go in your general waste, recycling or home compost.

Ingredients and what they do

• Centella asiatica (cica) - a calming plant extract loved in Korean skincare
• Niacinamide - vitamin B3, known for helping skin look more balanced
• Okra and wild yam extracts - soft and hydrating
• Lavender oil - a soft, calming scent

How to use

1. Remove your make-up and cleanse your skin.
2. Open the pouch and gently unfold the mask.
3. Smooth it over your face so it sits well around your eyes, nose and mouth.
4. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then peel it off and gently pat any leftover serum into your skin.

Pop the pouch in your general waste, recycling or home compost.
