Fauna Light Cream

Description

Fauna Light Cream is my handmade face and body cream for normal to combination skin, and skin that gets oily, with tea tree water, hemp seed oil and shea butter, in a fresh, herbal, musky blend of rosemary, lemon, patchouli and white thyme.

Fauna is the one for skin that gets shiny by lunchtime. Hemp seed oil is light and balancing, and the herbal scent is a good choice if you don't want to smell floral or sweet.

It's whipped and light, absorbs quickly, and isn't sticky or greasy - light enough for your face under make-up, nourishing enough for hands, legs and feet.

Ingredients and what they do

• Tea tree water - a fresh, herbal base in place of some of the water
• Hemp seed oil - a light, balancing oil that suits combination skin
• Golden jojoba oil - very close to skin's own oils, so it absorbs easily
• Shea butter - soothing and nourishing
• Rosemary, lemon, patchouli and thyme essential oils - the herbal Fauna scent

Because it's water based, it contains a gentle preservative to keep it safe to use. Like every other ingredient, it's listed below - nothing hidden.

How to use

1. Scoop a small amount out of the tin with clean, dry fingers.
2. Warm it between your fingertips and smooth it over your face and neck.
3. Take a moment - cover your face with your hands, breathe in, breathe out.
4. Use what's left on hands, cuticles, elbows, legs or feet - anywhere that feels dry.

Use it morning and night. It sits nicely under make-up.

How long does a tin last? A 50g tin used just on your face lasts around 1-2 months. Used all over it goes faster, so the 150g tin is the one for all-over use and families.

Once opened: safe to use for 12 months, and at its freshest within 3-6 months. Store somewhere cool, out of direct sunlight.

Is it suitable during pregnancy?
No, Fauna Light Cream isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Choose Cloud, Peach Tea or Flora Light Cream instead.
